<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce manufacturing cost by simplifying a structure of a coil energizing means which energizes a coil. <P>SOLUTION: A plate spring 120, which energizes a coil 130 toward a direction separating from an intermediate wall 102b, is provided between the intermediate wall 102b of a housing 102 and the coil 130. The plate spring 120 includes: a base part 120a to be fitted to the intermediate wall 102b; and elastic parts 120b extended from the base part 120a in nearly parallel with each other to push the coil 130.
