<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an electro-optic device capable of achieving high productivity as well as a high yield ratio. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a liquid crystal device as an electro-optic device is a method to manufacture a plurality of the liquid crystal devices composed of an element substrate 10 in the form of a chip and a counter substrate 20 in the form of a chip pasted together. The manufacturing method comprises: a counter substrate holding process to hold a plurality of the counter substrates 20 with positions thereof set on a holding section 201; and a pasting process to prepare a mother substrate 110 from which a plurality of the element substrates 10 can be cut out and to simultaneously paste the plurality of the counter substrates 20 on a region of the mother substrate 110 to be cut into the plurality of the element substrates 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
