FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: there are disclosed methods for producing human stem cells in parthenogenetic activation of human oocytes. The methods provide manipulation of Opressure involving manipulation of Caion concentration at high Opressure and contact of oocytes with serine-threonine kinase inhibitor at low Opressure.
