<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module having improved weatherability. <P>SOLUTION: A solar cell module 1 comprises a module body 20 and a frame body 11. The module body 20 includes a solar cell 22 and a sealing material 25 for sealing the solar cell 22. The frame body 11 includes a recess 11a to which the module body 20 is inserted. The module body 20 includes a power generation region 20a, a peripheral edge region 20b, and an intermediate region 20c. The power generation region 20a is a region where the solar cell 22 is disposed. The peripheral edge region 20b is a region disposed inside the recess 11a of the frame body 11. The intermediate region 20c is a region positioned between the power generation region 20a and the peripheral edge region 20b. The module body 20 has a part where a steam permeation degree of a surface layer is higher than a steam permeation degree of a surface layer of the power generation region 20a in at least a part of the intermediate region 20c. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
