摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce interface resistance between an electrolyte membrane and a catalyst layer, in a membrane electrode assembly used for a solid polymer fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: Both surfaces of a porous film 12 are coated, respectively, with catalyst inks INKc, INKa, and the porous film 12 is impregnated with a part of ionomer contained in the catalyst inks INKc, INKa thereby an electrolyte membrane 10, a cathode side catalyst layer 20c, and an anode side catalyst layer 20a are simultaneously produced.
