<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a geometric error identification device capable of identifying geometric errors in a variety of machining situations without performing measurements in a variety of conditions as in the past. <P>SOLUTION: For example, when machining while both rotation shafts are rotated simultaneously, geometric errors are identified by combining measurement values obtained by rotating one of the rotating shafts only while the other fixed, without obtaining the measurement values in the above machining situations. Thus, although measurement is performed only under a less number of conditions, the geometric errors can be identified under a variety of machining situations, and works can be simplified and also machining time can be reduced in association with shortening of time regarding measurement, thereby improving the machining efficiency. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
