<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet head capable of preventing a recess from being formed on an outer surface of an adhesive due to bubbles. <P>SOLUTION: This ink jet head according to one of embodiments includes a substrate, an actuator, the adhesive and a conductive pattern. The substrate has a mounting surface. The actuator includes a body having a first face facing the mounting surface of the substrate, a second face disposed at the opposite side of the first face and a pair of side faces bridging over the first face and the second face, a plurality of grooves and adhesive filling sections which are respectively provided at the side faces each having an adhering face facing the mounting surface of the substrate. The adhesive is filled in the adhesive filling sections so as to fix the actuator to the mounting surface of the substrate and has outer faces continuing to the side faces of the body. The plurality of conductive patterns are continuously provided on the side faces of the body, inner surfaces of the plurality of grooves, the outer faces of the adhesive and the mounting surface of the substrate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
