<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stamping aid and a method for positioning a stamping member using the stamping aid which reduces the risk of hitting a hand of a worker with a hitting tool. <P>SOLUTION: The stamping aid is structured to include a cylindrical stamping holder 2 having a grip part 3 on an outer periphery and inside a stamping setting hole 4 into which the columnar stamping member 10 is inserted, and a flange part 7 provided over an entire periphery of an end part in a direction to apply hitting force to the stamping member of a stamping holder 2. In the method for positioning the stamping member with a work glove to be deployed to attach the stamping holder with the flange part on a palm side thereof, after the stamping member is gripped with one hand of the worker and a stamping part on a tip of the stamping member is positioned at a stamping position on a workpiece, the stamping member positioned at the position is held with the other hand of the worker wearing the work glove. Thus the flange part is assembled to the stamping member in a hitting side of the stamping member and the stamping holder is assembled in a manner to enclose the stamping member so that the positioned stamping member can be held by the cylindrical stamping holder assembled thereto. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
