<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press machine capable of miniaturizing a servo motor on a die cushion side, and capable of solving problems regarding an overshoot. <P>SOLUTION: The press machine includes a slide 2, a servo motor 17 for driving the slide 2, the die cushion 7, the servo motor 49 for driving the die cushion 7, and a control device 18 for controlling the servo motors 17 and 49 by control inputs u<SB POS="POST">1</SB>and u<SB POS="POST">2</SB>. The control device 18 includes a first load command calculating part 51 for generating a load command U<SB POS="POST">1</SB>to the servo motor 17 based on the control input u<SB POS="POST">1</SB>, and a second load command calculating part 52 for generating a load command U<SB POS="POST">2</SB>to the servo motor 49 based on the control input u<SB POS="POST">2</SB>, and the control inputs u<SB POS="POST">1</SB>and u<SB POS="POST">2</SB>are calculated based on the termination state of the slide 2 and the die cushion 7 at a first stage until a prescribed time elapses after a collision of an upper die with a workpiece and the termination state of the slide 2 and the die cushion 7 at a second stage until the slide 2 reaches the bottom dead center after the elapse of the prescribed time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
