摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve elimination or miniaturization of an EDU (Electric Driver Unit) in a spark ignition type and direct injection type internal combustion engine. <P>SOLUTION: In this spark ignition type and direct injection type engine 10, a fuel injection valve 30 is mounted in a cylinder block 12 of the engine 10.
