<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor-operated valve which improves the cost performance by highly accurately controlling a flow rate during small flow circulation and allowing a fluid to flow to prevent the occurrence of a pressure loss as further as possible during large flow circulation without enlarging a valve body, complicating the internal structure of a valve seat or the like and increasing processing and assembly costs or the like. <P>SOLUTION: Inside a valve body 20, a large flow-rate channel 70, which bypasses a main valve port 23, is formed. In a valve seat 22, a plurality of check valve ports 72, which configure the large flow-rate channel 70, are formed.
