<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which, when a subject is imaged by flash imaging to obtain a highly detailed image, a shade of the subject to be observed under actual ambient light may be lost, thereby impairing a stereoscopic effect. <P>SOLUTION: Based on an instruction by a user at S1, an image processing device acquires first image data obtained by imaging a subject by flash imaging, and second image data obtained by imaging the subject under an observation light source such as fluorescent light at S2, then corrects illumination unevenness of the first and second image data at S3, then calculates a brightness correction parameter for each pixel by using a ratio of average brightness in the first and second image data at S4, and then corrects the brightness for each pixel in the first image data by using the brightness correction parameter at S5. Thus, a highly detailed image in which a shade to be generated in the subject under the observation light source is reproduced can be obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
