<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of predicting a coating generation part in a baking furnace by using computation fluid dynamics (CFD). <P>SOLUTION: This method of predicting the coating generation part in the baking furnace by analyzing a temperature distribution in the baking furnace by applying CFD with respect to calcination reaction of clinker accompanied with endothermic reaction, includes a process 1 for creating mesh on the basis of the shape and dimension of the baking furnace, a CFD analyzing process 2 for approximating the relationship between a material temperature and an endothermic energy amount in the object endothermic reaction with respect to the mesh obtained in the process 1, and calculating a result of simulation including temperature distribution information in the baking furnace under the assumption that the material moves on an inner wall of the baking furnace in a layer, and a process 3 for predicting the coating generation part on the basis of the temperature distribution information obtained in the CFD analyzing process 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
