<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foldable rear gate device having a simple structure in which folding operation and spread and elongation operation of two gate members can be carried out securely and stably by using only a cylinder means. <P>SOLUTION: The foldable rear gate device 10 includes the two gate members 12, 14, which are arranged on a rear end part of a loading platform and are structured so that the folding operation and the spread and elongation operation can be carried out. The foldable rear gate device includes: a slide rod 18 held so as to reciprocate in an axial direction; a link mechanism 20 by which the two gates 12, 14 are in a linearly spread form or in a folded form by pulling/extrusion operation by the reciprocation of the slide rod 18; and the cylinder means 22 which reciprocates the slide rod 18 by contraction/elongation operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
