<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly issue a command and simplify an initialization and an operation setting of a memory chip by eliminating a complicated command issuance by a special control by software. <P>SOLUTION: A memory control device includes: a queueing section for queueing a command; an address mirror setting section for retaining address mirror information representing the presence/absence of an address mirror of a memory chip; a command issuance section for issuing a command to the memory chip according to a command issuance request from the queueing section and object information representing the object of the command; and a command generation section for generating a command on the basis of the generated command and giving a set command to the memory chip.
