<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring device capable of monitoring a suspicious object with high accuracy by reducing erroneous detection. <P>SOLUTION: A target detection part 21 detects a target to be monitored from a moving image taken by an imaging part 1. A traffic line information creation part 22 creates traffic line information from a movement vector of the target detected by the target detection part 21. A suspicious behavior determination part 24 determines from the traffic line information whether the target detected by the target detection part 21 is a suspicious target candidate on the basis of preset suspicious behavior patterns 31. A composite behavior determination part 26 determines from the traffic line information of the suspicious target candidate and the traffic line information of surrounding objects existing around the suspicious target candidate whether the suspicious target candidate is a suspicious target on the basis of composite behavior patterns 32 which are preset criteria. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
