<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the positional adjustment of an optical member of a spectral device. <P>SOLUTION: A spectral device 1 comprises: a spectral part 5 comprising a plurality of dichroic mirrors DM<SB POS="POST">n</SB>disposed therein, each having a different wavelength band characteristic from others; a wavelength selection part 25 comprising a plurality of band pass filters BPF<SB POS="POST">k</SB>provided as opposing the respective dichroic mirrors DM<SB POS="POST">n</SB>; a photomultiplier tube 2 comprising a photoelectric surface 7, a plurality of channels C<SB POS="POST">m</SB>provided correspondingly to the respective band pass filters BPF<SB POS="POST">k</SB>, and a plurality of anodes 14; and a holding part 50 that holds the wavelength selection part 25 in a housing. The holding part 50 comprises a main body part 51 in which the band pass filters BPF<SB POS="POST">k</SB>are arrayed in one direction, and a pair of wall parts 52 and 52 that protrude from the main body part 51 as opposing each other. The dichroic mirrors DM<SB POS="POST">n</SB>are arrayed between the pair of wall parts 52 and 52 along the array direction of the band pass filters BPF<SB POS="POST">k</SB>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
