摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a geothermal heat pump device which can appropriately cool a power semiconductor, and varies a flow rate of a heating medium flowing in a geothermal circulation circuit during a load operation. <P>SOLUTION: A geothermal heat pump device includes a bypass pipe 15 thermally connected to a heat radiator 17 which radiates heat generated from a power semiconductor 16 while bypassing a heating medium channel 7b of a heat source side heat exchanger 7 and variably controls the rotation speed of a geothermal circulation pump 14 in accordance with a magnitude of a load during a load operation for heating or cooling a load side. The heating medium channel 7b of the heat source side heat exchanger 7 and the bypass pipe 15 have such a relationship that an inclination of a characteristic of a pressure loss with respect to a flow rate of a heating medium flowing in the bypass pipe 15 becomes larger than an inclination of a characteristic of a pressure loss with respect to a flow rate of a heating medium flowing in the heating medium channel 7b of the heat source side heat exchanger 7 and a pressure loss of the bypass pipe 15 becomes larger than a pressure loss of the heating medium channel 7b of the heat source side heat exchanger 7 approximately over all the variable range of the rotation speed of the geothermal circulation pump 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
