<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately adjust a position of an image of an image pickup device in an image position adjusting method and an image position adjusting device. <P>SOLUTION: The image position adjusting method includes: matching, using an optical member (a prism 13) having a semi-transmissive film 13a, an optical path of illumination light L1 that is emitted from a light source for illuminating an image pickup element 21 of an image pickup device 20 subject to an image position adjustment, with an optical axis A of a projection optical system 12 to which reflected light L2 from the image pickup element 21 of the illumination light L1 enters; and adjusting an interval D between an imaging optical system 22 of the image pickup device 20 and the image pickup element 21 based on an observation image of the image pickup element 21 to adjust the image position, the imaging optical system 22 imaging incidence light to the image pickup element 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
