<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify a user, with an alarm in a phased manner, of at which of a plurality of registered travel speeds the user needs to travel to reach a destination on almost predetermined time. <P>SOLUTION: A portable navigation terminal with a navigation function comprises: travel speed storage means to store a plurality of travel speeds of a user; distance detection means to detect a distance from a current position of the portable navigation terminal to a destination point; time management means to calculate a difference between a predetermined time and a current time as remaining time; alarm notification time detection means to detect an alarm notification time on the basis of the distance from the current position to the destination point as well as the remaining time; and alarm notification means to notify the user with an alarm on the basis of the alarm notification time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
