PURPOSE: A vehicle parking management system using visible light wireless communication is provided to easily check the location of a parked vehicle by using visible light wireless communication. CONSTITUTION: A lamp visible light wireless communication unit(20) is installed on one or more LED lamps(21). The lamp visible ray wireless communication unit performs visible light wireless communication with an LED lamp(11) of a vehicle. The lamp visible ray wireless communication unit transmits location information covering from the beginning entry point to the final parking point to a server(30).
