PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of environmentally-friendly reinforced solid mat and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to maintain the characteristic of geotextile and to enhance strength. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of environmentally-friendly reinforced solid mat comprises the following steps: preparing a base material(10-12) and a reinforcing material(20-22) consisting of the geotextile; and penetrating mixed solidifying liquid into the mat material. The base material is solidified with the solidifying liquid, and the base material and the reinformcing material are integrately welded by the solidifying liquid. The base material is provided in the form of cloth. The reinforcing material is provided in the form of cloth and is laminated with the base material. The reinforcing material is composed of one or more of glass fiber, carbon fiber, aramid fiber and wire mesh. The geotextile is non-woven fabric. The solidifying liquid uses bioceramic solidifying agent as a main component.
