PURPOSE: A thermal plate device for permanent-waving is provided to facilitate permanent-waving near scalp. CONSTITUTION: A thermal plate device for permanent-waving comprises a power plug(102) which supplies electricity, a flexible thermal sheet(106) which is electrically connected to a power plug, comprises a plurality of heating wires, and generates heat, an infrared LED which is electrically connected to the heating wire of the flexible thermal sheet and generates infrared rays, and a prevention cap(110) which is installed on one side of the flexible thermal sheet and prevents the separation of the infrared LED. |
