<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect the privacy of an object in a network camera capable of changing an image capturing direction even while the camera searches for a reference direction for specifying the image capturing direction. <P>SOLUTION: The present invention has a control unit that allows a first client having authority to browse a captured image in which display of a display-restricted region is not restricted to display a captured image captured after a changing unit starts changing an image capturing direction and before a detection unit detects that the image capturing direction has reached a reference direction, and causes the display to be limited for a second client not having the authority. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
