<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module for which a side face is surely sealed and durability of a thin film system solar cell element is excellent, and a manufacturing method of the same. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell module comprises: a front surface material 10 and a back surface material 12 that face each other at a prescribed interval and have a frame-like peripheral edge sealing area at a peripheral edge of a facing surface respectively; a step part 14 composed of glass and formed in the peripheral edge sealing area of the back surface material 12; a frame-like sealing part 32 for sealing the step part 14 and the peripheral edge sealing area of the front surface material 10; a frame-like resin seal part 36 formed in the peripheral edge sealing area more on the outer side than the sealing part 32 at an interval from the sealing part 32; a resin layer 20 formed more on the inner side than the sealing part 32 at an interval from the sealing part 32; and a thin film system solar cell element 30 formed on a front surface more on the inner side than the peripheral edge sealing area of the front surface material 10. A space between the resin layer 20 and the sealing part 32 and a space between the sealing part 32 and the resin seal part 36 are a reduced pressure atmosphere of 40,000 Pa or lower. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
