摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably discharge particulates even when installed in a piping system with a pressure difference, and to replace a discharge valve body without the need of large-scale work. <P>SOLUTION: A damper 11 for closing is installed at a discharge port 7a of a discharge duct 7 for discharging particulates to the outside. The damper 11 is installed at the outer peripheral part of the discharge port 7a so as to be freely swung up and down with one side end of a damper body 12 as a fulcrum. In a state where a load does not act on the damper body 12, the damper body 12 closes the discharge port 7a in a horizontal state or an up grade state from the fulcrum side by a weight 13 installed on the opposite side of the discharge port 7a from the fulcrum. By this invention, just by setting heaviness of the weight, the particulates is stably discharged even when installed in the piping system with the pressure difference.
