<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjustable temperature dependence operational amplifier that suppresses a change in amplification factor caused by a change in input voltage. <P>SOLUTION: In an operational amplification circuit having an input terminal and an output terminal, an operational amplifier 10 with an inverting input terminal and a non-inverting input terminal, an input resistance circuit 20, and a feedback resistance circuit 30, the input/feedback resistance circuits comprise a series connection of a resistance R and a trimming resistance TR having different temperature coefficients, and MOS transistors forming the trimming resistance have a source-drain path disposed between the resistance R and the inverting input terminal of the operational amplifier and have a substrate potential at a potential of the inverting input terminal of the operational amplifier. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
