<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game media dispenser capable of preventing the occurrence of a shortage in a fraction of a payoff portion. <P>SOLUTION: The game media dispenser includes an enclosure 22, a counting unit 90 which is juxtaposed to a game machine (Pachinko machine 10) and takes game media dispensed by a game machine (Pachinko machine 10) into the enclosure 22 to count the game madia, an ejecting unit 95 which ejects the game media counted by the counting unit 90 out of the enclosure 22, a fraction dispensing unit (fraction reserving unit 71) which dispenses a fraction of game media whose number does not reach a given number of game media that can be dispensed from the game machine (Pachinko machine 10), to a player, and a supply unit which supplies the fraction of game media to be dispensed, from outside the enclosure 22 to the fraction dispensing unit (fraction reserving unit 71).
