<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor that prevents electric corrosion of bearings at low cost, and to provide an air conditioner. <P>SOLUTION: A motor includes: a stator 2 that is provided in a mold frame 10; a rotor 5 that has permanent magnets 6 arranged around a rotating shaft 9 so as to face the stator 2; a pair of brackets (a mold bracket 11 and a metal bracket 12) that are provided on two respective ends of the mold frame 10 and support the rotating shaft 9; and a pair of bearings 13 and 15 that are respectively mounted on the brackets and support the rotating shaft 9. A resistor 18, having a higher resistivity than that of the rotating shaft 9, is provided on a surface of the rotating shaft 9 between the bearings 13 and 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
