PURPOSE: A solar battery-combined thin film battery package is provided to charge a thin film without a separate external charging device by combining a solar cell with the thin film battery package. CONSTITUTION: A solar battery-combined thin film battery package comprises: a thin film battery package(100) which comprises a package substrate(110) accommodating a thin film(120) and a circuit part(130) controlling the battery charging and discharging, and a package part sealing the package substrate; and a solar battery(200) generating electricity through a photoelectric conversion which is electrically combined with the thin film battery package to be connected to the circuit board. By the circuit part, power generated from the solar battery can be supplied to the thin film battery to charge the thin film battery. |
