<p>Treating percolate water produced during dry fermentation, comprises using a first percolate water container (P1), a second percolate water container (P2) and many fermentation chambers (F1-F6) and charging one of the fermentation chamber in each case from the second percolate water container, with steps comprising: charging many fermentation chambers from a first percolate water container during a first period; and charging a further fermentation chamber from a second percolate water container during the first period.
