<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a space from occurring in a contact part between an opening of a controller casing 101 and an interface support plate 117 attached to the opening and sufficiently secure the conduction in the contact part. <P>SOLUTION: A bending part 127c is bent and formed at a tip on the opening side of a casing lid 127 of a controller casing 101. A bending part 117a is bent and formed at a tip of an interface support plate 117 so as to face the bending part 127c with the interface support plate 117 attached to the opening.
