COMMUNICATION ADAPTER APPARATUS AND DEEMED VOICE TRANSMISSION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for enabling normal decoding in the case of encoding and transmitting deemed voice.

SOLUTION: A communication adapter apparatus has transmission signal processing of: receiving a transmission deemed voice analog signal from a deemed voice communication apparatus; converting the transmission deemed voice analog signal to a transmission deemed voice digital signal by sampling and quantization; mapping the transmission deemed voice digital signal to a transmission frame by a sampling frame of the sampling; and transmitting the transmission frame to a base station by a radio channel. The communication adapter apparatus has reception signal processing of: receiving the transmission frame from the base station by the radio channel; demapping a reception deemed voice digital signal from the transmission frame by the sampling frame; reconstructing a reception deemed voice analog signal from the reception deemed voice digital signal; and transmitting the reception deemed voice analog signal to the deemed voice communication apparatus.
