摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide lines of high impedance and low impedance within one dielectric substrate which have narrow line widths. <P>SOLUTION: Impedance which ranges widely is actualized on a dielectric substrate by burying a conductor rod which has a sectional structure having a height while having a narrow width in the dielectric substrate and adjusting the burying depth. The section of the rod is much larger than a conventional microstrip line and allowable electric power is therefore increased. For a structure of a low-pass filter, a main line of high impedance is arranged on a substrate, a branch line of low impedance joined therewith in parallel is partially buried in the substrate, and a part of a branch point partially on the substrate is mechanically joined with the main line. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
