PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-wheel motor capable of improving drive efficiency.

SOLUTION: An in-wheel motor 10 includes: a hub 12; a first fixed shaft member 20 which penetrates through one surface side of the hub 12 and freely rotatably supports the hub 12; a second fixed shaft member 24 which penetrates through the other surface side of the hub 12 coaxially with the first fixed shaft member 20 and freely rotatably supports the hub 12; a ring-like internal tooth gear 52 which is fixed to an inner peripheral surface of the hub 12; a motor base 36 which is arranged inside the hub 12 and fixed to at least one of the first fixed shaft member 20 and the second fixed shaft member 24; and a plurality of motors 26 which are fixed to the motor base 36 and impart rotary force to each of a plurality of drive gears 44 engaged with the internal tooth gear 52.
