<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in which a circuit with a size proportional to the parallel number is required to improve the minimum processing speed in image processing through parallel processing. <P>SOLUTION: An image processor which executes image processing using pixel values of multiple adjacent target pixels, attribute information for the target pixels and pixel values of surrounding pixels of the target pixels comprises: a coefficient generation part for generating multiple coefficient values to be used in the image processing, on the basis of the attribute information for the target pixels; multiple processing A parts for executing arithmetic processing of a first coefficient value of the coefficient values, each pixel value of the target pixels and each pixel value of the surrounding pixels; multiple processing B parts for executing arithmetic processing of a second coefficient value of the coefficient values and output of each group in the processing A and B parts; and multiple processing C parts for executing arithmetic processing corresponding to an arithmetic result of each output of the processing B parts and a third coefficient value of the coefficient values.
