<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of removing an existing pile, in which waste earth is easily treated and work efficiency is excellent. <P>SOLUTION: The method of removing an existing pile comprises a second excavation step of excavating the periphery of an existing pile 3 in order to edge-cutting the outer periphery of the existing pile 3 from the ground by jetting water to the ground excavated by a drill 12, turning waste earth generated by excavation into slurry and discharging it while agitating it with a blade 11, while rotating second and first casings 2 and 1 by imparting torque to the second casing 2. By advancing excavation without jetting water and without discharging the waste earth excavated by the drill 12 upwards and filling the waste earth between a distal end of the first casing 1 and a distal end of the existing pile 3, the existing pile 3 is fixed to the first casing 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
