<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat treatment device and a heat treatment method for an extra-fine wire capable of preventing a fracture of the extra-fine wire at a stage of inserting the extra-fine wire 1 such as Au into a device. <P>SOLUTION: The heat treatment device includes an unwinding spool 6 for unwinding the extra-fine wire, a tension detector 10 measuring the tension of the unwound extra-fine wire and controlling the tension to be constant, a heat-treating furnace 11 heat-treating the extra-fine wire, and a winding spool 15 for winding the heat-treated extra-fine wire, wherein belt-like grooves 5, 14 are provided on an edge side of a cylindrical body of the unwinding spool and on an edge side of a cylindrical body of the winding spool in a circumferential direction, a connection 3 between all fine wires 2 connected to a tip of the extra-fine wire and having a diameter larger than that of the extra-fine wire and the extra-fine wire is wound around in the belt-like groove 5 of the unwinding spool, and the connection between all the fine wires unwound from the unwinding spool and the extra-fine wire is wound around in the belt-like groove 14 of the winding spool. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
