Proposed complex comprises underwater system composed of remote control carrier to be operated in two media and equipped with hold-down screw propellers to hold down said carrier in underwater operations. Wheel-caterpillar propulsors are secured on platform to allow its motion of surface, including, zone of variable wetting. Platform comprises navigation means to allow accurate positioning, illuminators, dampers of cable system transmitting electric power and data.
