FIELD: transport.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to remote control robotized measuring and actuating systems to be used at oil and gas sea fields. Proposed complex comprises underwater system composed of remote control carrier to be operated in two media and equipped with hold-down screw propellers to hold down said carrier in underwater operations. Wheel-caterpillar propulsors are secured on platform to allow its motion of surface, including, zone of variable wetting. Platform comprises navigation means to allow accurate positioning, illuminators, dampers of cable system transmitting electric power and data. Proposed complex comprises driven winches equipped with self-contained control system and cable system transmitting electric power and data.EFFECT: robotised operation, higher safety.2 cl
