<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage maker having a high cost-effectiveness and capable of properly mixing chilly water. <P>SOLUTION: The beverage maker (1), particularly a coffee maker, includes a main passage (3) passing a heater (2) and a bypass passage (4) detouring the heater (2). The bypass passage (4) branches out from an upstream from the heater (2) on the main passage (3). The main passage (3) includes an input side connected to a water tank (5) and an output side connected to an outlet (6). A main-passage side pump (7) is disposed between the water tank (5) on the main passage (3) and the heater (2).
