<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-quality oil-in-water makeup cosmetic giving good refreshing application feeling free from slimy feeling, capable of holding a large amount of pigment and stable over a wide viscosity range. <P>SOLUTION: The oil-in-water makeup cosmetic contains (A) a crosspolymer containing 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid or its salt, (meth)acrylic acid and/or its ester, and N, N-dimethylacrylamide as constituent units, (B) one or more inorganic salts and organic salts in an amount of 0.2-3 mass% based on the water-phase component and (C) powder. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
