<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas barrier film capable of withstanding long-term severe natural environment over a long period of time, excellent in various characteristics such as heat resistance, weatherability, hydrolysis resistance, moisture proofness, lightweight properties or the like, markedly enhanced in gas barrier properties for preventing the penetration of steam (moisture) or oxygen and enhanced in gas barrier capacity under high temperature and humidity environment, and a back protection film for a solar cell module using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The gas barrier film is constituted by successively laminating an anchor coating layer containing a urethane bond, a vapor deposition layer comprising an inorganic compound, a composite coating layer containing at least one or more kinds of a hydroxy group-containing polymeric compound, metal alkoxide, a silane coupling agent and hydrolysates of them and a moisture-resistant layer comprising water-resistant resin, on at least one surface of a film base material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
