<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently effectively utilize capabilities of a magnet by preventing magnetism from being saturated in a portion of teeth of a stator, without enlarging a motor. <P>SOLUTION: In an electric power tool, a plurality of teeth 321 are formed at equal intervals in a circumferential direction, and a channel-like slot 323 extending in an axial direction is formed between the tooth 321 and the tooth 321. In the electric power tool, a motor 30 is mounted and the motor 30 is comprised of a shaft-like stator 32 and a rotor 37. In the stator 32, a winding wire 325 is wound around each tooth 321. In the rotor 37, a permanent magnet 374 having multiple poles is configured in a cylindrical shape to coaxially surround the stator 32 and provided on an inner peripheral surface opposed to a distal end face of the teeth 321 of the stator 32. A ratio of the number of poles of the permanent magnet 374 in the rotor 37 and the number of slots 323 in the stator 32 is set to 4:3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
