PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized driving device with a simple configuration, a display device including the driving device, a driving device complex constituted of a plurality of the driving devices, and an integrated circuit device provided in the driving device.

SOLUTION: A driving device 1 comprises: an integrated circuit section 10 for generating an output signal to be outputted to a display; and a wiring section 20 electrically connected to the integrated circuit section 10. The integrated circuit section 10 includes a plurality of output circuits for generating output signals. The wiring section 20 includes a plurality output wires 24-1 to 24-3 having each one end electrically connected to the output circuits and a plurality of output sections 23-1 to 23-3 electrically connected to the other end of each of the output wires 24-1 to 24-3 and outputting output signals to the outside of the driving device 1. The output sections 23-1 to 23-3 are arranged along a prescribed direction (X direction) to constitute output section groups G1 to G3.
