<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide carp-shaped streamers as an interior accessory which solves the problem of conventional ones which remain horizontally fixed or suspended at the same position and in the same direction and make watching unpleasant. <P>SOLUTION: The rocking shaft 2a of a colorful streamer 2 and the rocking shafts 3a of carps 3 are connected to a pole 1 installed on a decoration stand 5 to form such a constitution as to arbitrarily change the directions of the colorful streamer 2 and the carps 3, thereby allowing for expression of a carp-shaped streamer swimming in the wind.
