<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power plant mounting device capable of inhibiting an increase in the number of components and assembly processes, ensuring a deformation volume of a body-side member at vehicle collision, and obtaining sufficient support stiffness. <P>SOLUTION: The power plant mounting device includes a first rigid member 21 which is secured to the body-side member 10, a second rigid member 23 in which one end thereof is combined with a power plant and the other end is fixed to the rigid member 21 via an insulator 24, and a bracket 40 which supports the rigid member 21 on the body-side member 10. The bracket 40 includes a first plate part which is fastened in a stacking manner to the upper surface of the body-side member 10, a second plate part which is fastened in a stacking manner to an elevation surface part 12b facing a reception space of the body-side member 10, and an uprising part 43 which bulges toward the side of the reception space from the second plate part so as to extend upward in a vertical direction.
