PURPOSE: An optical semiconductor based lamp is provided to prevent the malfunction of the lamp by rapidly discharging heat generated from an optical semiconductor module using a heat dissipation fin on the outer surface of a lampshade. CONSTITUTION: A lampshade(100) is formed to be wider toward an opening part(102). An optical semiconductor module(200) is mounted along the inner surface of the lampshade to the opening part direction from a center part(101) of the lampshade. The optical semiconductor module includes a circuit board(210) and a plurality of semiconductor optical devices(210'). The circuit board is mounted in the inner surface of the lampshade. A heat dissipation fin, which discharges heat generated from the optical semiconductor module, is located on the outer surface of the lampshade.
