PURPOSE: A coupler for a ladle is provided to prevent deformation or damage of a sealing member mounting portion due to the load of a ladle by allowing a block, in which a sealing member is installed, to be moved. CONSTITUTION: A coupler for a ladle comprises a first block(52), a second block(51), and a sealing member. The first block is installed in a carriage, and the first block is formed with a through hole where a working fluid supply pipe is installed, a protrusion at the bottom to be inserted to a stepped portion of the carriage, a connection groove at the top where a protrusion of the second block is inserted, and a ring-shaped mounting groove separated from the connection groove to mount the sealing member. The second block is installed in the ladle mounted on the carriage and formed with a feed hole connected to the through hole. The sealing member is installed in the first block and arranged at the rim of the through hole.
