PURPOSE: A pet calling and training device is provided to minimize the fatigue of a pet owner by delivering various directions to a bet with the simple manipulation of a remote controller. CONSTITUTION: A portable terminal(100) includes a microphone(110) for the terminal, a storage unit(120) for the terminal, a transceiving unit(130) for the terminal, a speaker(140) for the terminal, an input unit(160) for the terminal, a vibrational motor(150) for the terminal, and a control unit(180) for the terminal. A remote controller(200) includes a transceiving unit(210) for the remote controller, an input unit(220) for the remote controller, and a control unit(230) for the remote controller. The transceiving unit for the remote controller receives external data. The transceiving unit for the remote controller transmits the data to the outside. The control unit for the remote controller includes an input button for the remote controller to receive a control signal.
