FIELD: transport, package.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to corking device to tight container with fluid and to method of its fabrication. Device 1 has discharge spout 2 with, at least, one layer of gas- and/or light barrier material and closed by closing part 24 on the side opposite that facing the container, and cap 4 to be attached to spout 2 and removed therefrom. Closing part 24 has through cutout 28, 35 made on its periphery and connected with cap top wall 1 so that closing part doubles as said gas- and/or light barrier material and closed by closing part 24 on the side opposite that facing the container, and cap 4 to be attached to spout 2 and removed therefrom in first opening of corking device 1. Note here that sealant 16, 16' is arranged in preset area of cap top wall 11 to interact with spout area 18 around closing part 24 to seal corking device 1. In compliance with second version, cutout 35 is made in hot state so that corking device comprises weld seam 36 of closing part to cap top wall 11 around said cutout.EFFECT: simple and reliable operation.28 cl, 6 dwg |
